The story began with the recognition that nurses were not receiving the acknowledgment they truly deserved. Despite being consistently ranked as one of the most trusted professions, the nursing community struggled with a lack of recognition for the work they do on a daily basis. Wonder Barratt, a senior nursing leader with over 26 years of experience, saw this gap firsthand while serving in hospitals, on battlefields, and within various communities. Her passion for honoring nurses and supporting their professional growth led to the founding of our company.

We were created to provide more than just recognition; it was built to offer essential mentoring and coaching services that help nurses navigate their careers. From assisting nurses with finding educational resources and scholarships to building a network that rallies for their cause, we were designed to meet the evolving needs of nurses across the country. Today, our organization serves as a pillar of support, helping nurses feel valued, empowered, and equipped for success in the healthcare field.
